» Sid Morgan, market president in Tampa of the west region for Humana, has been named president of the Florida Sterling Council board of directors.

» David F. Dyer, formerly president and CEO of Tommy Hilfiger and Land’s End, has been named president and CEO of Chico’s FAS. He replaces retiring CEO Scott A. Edmonds.
